Q:  From which material Ganesha Idols are made from ?

A: Our Ganesha Idols are made from Clay "Shadu" and then decorated.

Q :  Do you have workshop in Bangalore?

A: Not yet , "Shree Kala Niketan" Workshop is in PEN (Maharashtra) , we have Retail Distribution in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore.

Q:  Ganesha visarjan is possible at home ?

A: Yes, Our Eco-Friendly Ganesha  can be immersed in a bucket of water at Home.  After a day it will be a melted clay.

Q:  How to Book Ganesha ?

A:  Booking procedure is very simple. Please visit the digital catalogue and Book the Ganesha idol as per your choice.

Q:  When Advance Booking will start ?

A:  Ganesha festival is on 7/9/2024 and we have already started advance booking via www.shreekalaniketan.art . Also you can visit our Display Venue and select Ganesha Idol.   

Q:   We would Like to visit your Shop and select Ganesha  and pick it up by my self ?

A:  Yes ,  you can visit Display and self Pickup  venue from 24/7/2024 Onwards. 

Q: Do you provide Home delivery ?

A: Yes,  Its is Chargeable and Only to customer who had done advance Booking.

       Home Delivery Date is fix i.e 25/8/2024 and time will be communicated to customer.

Q: Self Pickup  venue and dates ?

A:     780, 19th Main, 17th cross,

         HSR  Layout, 

        PurnaBramha (Basement)

        Bangalore - 560102.

Landmark : PurnaBramha  Restaurant.

Q:  Can i Cancel/Exchange the pre-Booked Order ?

A: No,  We will not able to cancel/Exchange/Return Booked Order.

Q:  I received Ganesha Idol with some breakage ?

A:  Do Not worry !!! we will Inspect Ganesha Thoroughly before delivering to you.

      we will try to provide alternate option only in case if there is  breakage happened by us while doing Home delivery otherwise not in any other situation.
