Established in 1982 by renowned artist Shri Manohar M. Chonkar, Shree Kala Niketan is a trusted name in crafting eco-friendly Ganesha idols. Based in Pen, Maharashtra (the ‘Mother Place of Ganesha Idols’), we handle the end-to-end creation of each idol with artistic precision and spiritual dedication. Now, with our new branch in Bengaluru (since 2021), we bring our sacred craftsmanship to even more devotees.
I, Mrs. Shilpa Chonkar-Jani (Instrumentation Engineer by profession, artist at heart), proudly continue my father’s legacy, blending tradition with sustainability.
